5Refundable security deposit

An interest-free refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) is payable to Annun Fintech Private Limited before your Partner Code is activated. It is refunded within 45 days of the end of the engagement, after adjusting any dues, as per Annexure 1. Pay only by bank transfer, UPI or cheque from your own bank account. Never pay in cash.

I consent to Annun Fintech Private Limited (Flexifee), its group companies and Lending Partners collecting, using and sharing my information under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, for verification (including documents, address, contact details and credit bureau checks) and for administering this engagement. I agree to receive updates about my application and engagement by email and WhatsApp. I authorise payouts and refunds to the bank account above by electronic transfer. I declare that the information above is true to the best of my knowledge and nothing relevant has been concealed. GSTIN declaration: I understand I cannot claim input credit for GST due to non-provision of GSTIN, will not raise any claim or dispute on this, and will indemnify Flexifee for any resulting loss.
